AM Cardio
This hour long class of anything goes cardio will get you up and ready to face your
day! All you have to do is wake up - We’ll take care of the rest.
Beginning Step
Never taken a step class, then this is the class for.! Come learn the basics from
the beginning. Have fun and get fit while you’re doing it!
Dynamic Strength Training
An introductory program that will give you correct instruction on weight machines
and lifting technique. Perfect for beginning lifters or those looking to see more
results from their current strength training program. Let us take the guess work
out of your routine!
Fitness Kickboxing
Take your training to the next level! Integrate punches, kicks, and combinations
into this high intensity cardiovascular workout. Punch and kick your way to cardiovascular
endurance, balance, speed, coordination and strength.
Gentle Yoga
Connect your body, mind and spirit in this Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels
including beginners. A relaxing and challenging workout all in one! This class is
a combination of breathing, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation techniques.

Kick Butt Kombat
A high energy class combining movements from boxing, martial arts, and traditional
kickboxing set to powerful music. Burn calories and tone your body while building
strength, stamina, and incredible mental and physical focus.
Mind/Body
This relaxing program offers stretching and strengthening of the body to improve
posture and focus the mind. Program includes instruction on proper breathing and
relaxation techniques. Non-aerobic.
Quick Cardio
Need a great way to get in your cardio? No better time than your lunch hour. Leave
your worries and chores behind for 30 minutes and let us do the rest. Just show
up ready to move!
Quick Step
Step up your workout with 30 minutes of step power moves and choreography to get
your heart pumping! Traditional step moves will be taught as well as high-energy
short interval bursts to maximize your results.
Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights,
tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated
and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Yoga stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing
yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed
to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises
and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Step Interval
This full body workout combines the elements of strength training and cardiovascular
endurance using the step and various other equipment.
*Stephenville Boot Camp*
A 6 week results-driven program that will consist of plyometrics, running, body
weight strength drills and much more. Can accommodate any fitness level! (There
is an extra charge for this program.)
Total Body Blast
Using a combination of equipment and bodyweight exercises this class will give you
a workout suited for sculpting. Fun, challenging drills will condition your heart
while intervals of strength training and core work will benefit and strengthen your
muscles.
Total Body Circuit
This highly efficient, full body workout is just what you need to define and strengthen
your muscles. Whether you are just starting out, or a fitness fanatic, this class
will give you the results you want - a tone and trim body!
Yoga Flow
Taught in a user friendly Hatha vinyasa flow style. Posers are linked together to
create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Yoga promotes balance, control
of your mind, strength and flexibility. Grab a yoga mat and feel stress free!

A multi level class designed for anyone looking to improve their muscular
strength and endurance. Workout using an interval format of resistance training
techniques to get pumped. Come ready to work!
